I recently posted a diet I was on asking for some advice and I quickly got some.

Breakfast:1 cup of muesli /w milk, some fruit and of course coffee

snack: 1 apple, 15-20 min later a small plain yogurt
lunch: a big salad consisting of lettuce, tomatoes and carrots /w about 100 grams of skinliss chicken cook with some pepper.
snack: I'm at the gym usually for 3 so if I'm working out I don't have anything, but right after I have a protein supplement (not whey). If I'm not working out I like to have a small can of tuna (about 200 cal)
dinner: about 200-250 of skinless chicken cooked with lemon juice, garlic and pepper /w lots of frozen vegetables and a glass of milk.
snack before bed: usually just some grapes and a bit of beans if i have them.
So that's it, any advice would be much appreciated.
