whats the deal with it? Why is it bad & how much is too much sodium?
And if does depend on weight and all that, how much should I take depending on weight 50kg?

sodium is salt basically...thickens arteries (heart attacks) and also retains fluid...maybe your salt is high which is why get the thing...lots of processed foods are packed with sodium

No more than 6g a day. I think that's pretty much a universal limit, bodyweight not withstanding.
Unless you have a condition like Hypothyroidism, when limits need to be lower like 1-2g a day, but you probably don't, so limit should be 6g a day.
Preferable though not to go there. Keep it lower than that where possible.

do you know ow to conert it to mg? cause that's how i usually see it in the nutrition facts, not as gram...and i always sucked at converting.

It is 1000 to 1, 6g of sodium is 6000mg's of sodium.
