1)I am 14 years old and i workout to max like 120 pounds but i want to start working out after stopping for a month and i want to work all mussle and get a hard six pack can somone till me a good workout for me e-mail me if you want at [email protected]
2) anothher thing does working out make you smaller or stunt your growth becuase out of all freinds im the only one woh is not growning fast and im also the only one who works out so does working out with weights does somthing to you growing?
