Training?'s
I'm training between 3-5 days a week depending on schedule. I'm also doing medium weights, 3 sets of 15. I know they say to work one body part and then rest it for day. Since I'm not really working to hard and am more interested in endurance than overall mass building, would it be okay to do a full body workout on the days that I am able to get into the gym and rest on the days that I don't?
