When I gradutated in 2002, I was 170 pounds, 6'0. In decent shape.
I lifted weights casually in high school through 2004 and never saw any real results. I have not lifted any real weights in a couple of years but have been running an average of 8-10 miles a week for the past two-three months.
I want to lose this extra chub I have and get back down to about 170 and then maybe gain another atleast 10 pounds back in muscle.
I have the ability to be dedicated and not stray if I have a set schedule and access to a gym (which I do.) I should also note while in high school from 11th to when I graduated I lost around 70 pounds to get down to 170. So I have proven to myself that I can get in shape, but it's always been hard for me to lift weights.
+ I should also add that I do not want to turn into the worlds strongest man with biceps on top of biceps, but I would like to slim down and tone up.
