Hi everyone! I'm on a mission to lose weight, change to healthy eating, get in shape, get strong physically and mentally and completely change lifestyle for the better! 
I'm 44 now and am completely out of shape and it's just not good. Not healthy for me and nor for kids. I'm absolutely determined! I am so geared up right now that I searched for a forum that will help me meet others who are doing the same and get help and tips on how to achieve goals. This forum seems to be right up there so I've joined up and here I am lol!
