Hi there. I am new to this forum and I was wondering if someone could guide me to burning muscles. Over the period, due to excess gym workouts, I have gained a bit of pec muscles and side wing muscles. I was hoping to reduce the muscles somehow.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I am 6 feet tall and 180 lbs.
