Hi everyone! name is Catherine and I would just like to tell you experience with Venus Factor. I wasn't sure about it at first at all. I did a ton of research and then decided to spend the $9.99 on the 7 day trial. I figured if I liked this program I would know in 7 days. I absolutely loved it! It has help me lose over 25lbs so far. It is an awesome program and I recommend it to any women who is trying to lose weight. Good Luck all on your fitness!

Re: Venus Factor
What is it and what do you get for the $9.99?
Re: Venus Factor

Re: Venus Factor

Re: Venus Factor
It is a 12 wk program divided into 3 phases. You get 1 wk for 10 bucks too see if you like it. It is a very good workout program. Go to this website and watch the video to find out more: thevenusfctor.com-if.us/
I think I answered your question.

Re: Venus Factor
Oh and i lost the 25lbs in 2 and half months
Re: Venus Factor
10:1 your weight loss is from the exercise and your improved diet, not the pills.
Regardless, it is your money and if you are happy then so be it.... 25 lbs in 2.5 months seems like a lot... how many waist inches have you lost?
I hope you can keep the weight off without a cost to a maintenance plan of proper exercise with proper diet. I do wish you luck.

Re: Venus Factor
Pills = waste of money.
25lbs in 2.5 months is not that much actually Chris, as it equates to around 2.5lbs per week average, but if you factor in a potential quick surge of weight loss for the first 2-3 weeks, because of potential lost water weight not just fat, then the average over the next 7-8 weeks could be in the region of 1.8-2lbs approximately.

Boss, you are right... thought of it earlier when going over results and thought... wait a minute... I think I wrote that wrong. Thanks for letting her know and me, appreciate the correction!

Re: Venus Factor
I'm going to try to do it without pills first and if that doesn't work I will check it out.

Re: Venus Factor
Yes, I'm very happy with the results. Itt kept me motivated and wanting to do it everyday.
Re: Venus Factor
I got the Venus Factor for myself as a xmas present after a dear friend recommended it wholeheartedly and she looks wonderful. I've only been on it for four weeks but it definitely is working. I lost 5lbs in the first week and I'm aiming for 35lbs over the 12 week plan. What you pay for are actually e-books. If you want to do the whole thing, the manual has hundreds of pages of reading you could do. Venus Factor comes with a pretty good exercise program. It is mostly strength and weight training designed specifically for women, and done three times a week. I've never done any weights before but I'm surprised that I like it. There are lots of instructional videos on all the moves. I So I do the workout 3 times a week for 45 minutes, and cardio 2 time a week. The diets are great. They are varied, one day you eat more calories and the next less, so your system doesn't adapt. Venus Factor is in two parts, diet for fat loss, exercise for shaping. So, if you're mostly looking to just take weight off, you would focus on the diet. It says it's a 12 week program but you can stretch it out or repeat it or do every other day, it's up to your personal goals. The cost is about $50 so cheaper than Weight Watchers and other products I've seen. And there is a great forum or community as they put it where you can ask questions, get some motivation or just chat! I recommend a great review site where you can ask questions http://www.fitterpeople.info where a lovely lady called Debs is very helpful and replies to your queries very quickly. She told me about the week trial $9.99. You get access to the whole program for 1 week to try out! Hope this review helps.MaximusMuscle wrote:What is it and what do you get for the $9.99?

I've read about this one, it's really popular right now.
I noticed neither of those links tell you how to get it for $10.
This page has a link that takes you straight to the $10 trial: http://www.dietdabbler.com/venus-factor-system/
