Help with fat loss
Hi i need some tips on how i can lose the fat in the stomach/thigh/butt area. I exercise almost everyday usually 30min-hour using Jillian Michaels workout DVDs and on some days run on the treadmill. I also eat pretty clean and healthy, so no fast food, sodas, processed foods, etc. but problem is that sometimes i can't control portion sizes and so say for dinner instead of eating one plate sometimes i go for seconds and i think this may be the reason why i'm not able to lose that excess fat off body. Any tips on how to control serving sizes and stay motivated on a certain diet, because i seem to get unmotivated after a while especially when i don't see any results.

Well one logical and obvious thing, would be to prepare less food as you can't eat what you haven't made.
However in relation to your eating, what foods do you eat and what times do you eat them?
Another interesting way to look at portion sizes, is to perhaps serve food on smaller plates if possible. Give yourself less serving room for the food so you'd have to have a lower portion, but then even if you went for seconds, you could do it without overeating, as you'd have 1.5-2 portions of a smaller initial amount.
One thing some people say is that you could drink a glass of water before a meal, so you already feel a bit full before you start promoting feelings of satiety more quickly.
However I feel if you did this, it would make more sense to drink the water during the meal, because then it's less of a worry about when to have it, I.E. should you drink it whilst preparing a meal, or just neck it back at the table, but then if you don't want to gulp it down, you're sipping it and a hot meal starts going tepid.
