Great long weekend planned!

I'm taking the kid to get a new bike today. He will be 13 Mon.
When I first found this site , we had gotten to healthy weights. I was pretty active but son was not.
He had No interest in being active at all. None.
We will be fishing, hiking, and biking till Monday afternoon.
AND he loves it!♥ And I love that he loves it. ( You get the picture)
I couldn't think of a better way to spend his birthday.
I hope you all have a great Memorial weekend .
I hope you perserver and overcome what ever gets in your way of being healthy.
