However, I just seem to get more hungry and binge eat, which defeats the purpose of workout. Anyone suggest a different workout routine or foods that I should be eating? I'm open to any suggestions! Thank you!

Well you have identified that binge eating derails the effetcs of your workouts, so therefore it's clear, that adaption or shelving of a workout is not necessarily the answer and combined with a dietry adaption, may be

B: counterproductive
So the best thing would be to list your meal choices and the time you eat them.
