I have Questions about these Health Problems

I am a female with autism the Aspergers Kind I am in NEED OF HELP I am having problems every single day with
1. A burning sensation coming up throat
2. Uncontrollable belching
3. Nausea Feelings
4. The Feelings like I am having a Heart attack because stomach is in chest
5. Tummy cramps

I am wondering what can I do? At times I will also have
1. Vomiting
2. Uncontrollable Diarrhea

What Can I do? If you know the answers please message me.
