Desperately Need HELP!

I'm so lost and can't find way. I need help to lose a lot of weight. I've been on all kinds of diets for about 20 years now and I always fail and regain all of weight sometimes 1 1/2 times more. Please HELP!!!!

What meals do you eat and what times do you eat?

Week days, I eat 3 meals a day. first at 7 am, second at 1 pm and last meal between 5 and 6 pm.
I try to eat "healthy snacks" in between meals, which are usually fruits, but after a while, I get bored of them and I crave carbs, like chips and bread.
On the weekends, I eat many times a day and different times.
I don't exercise now, but I've tried over the years and stick to it for about 2 weeks then I get frustrated and bored and I just stop.

You are undereating on calories and Protein.

You have options like Eggs, Beans, Chicken, Fish, Lamb, Pork, Beef, Rice, Mushrooms for protein, bearing in mind Rice and Mushrooms have Carbs in them as well.

I'd add another meal in around 10AM another at 3PM and leave the last one at 6PM. You might benefit from an additional 6th around 8PM, but for now try the 5 a day.

You also do have other Carbs options too apart from the fruits, Mushrooms and Rice, like Chickpeas, Lentils, Potato, Broccoli, Carott, Onion, etc, so experiment and see what happens.

You've got some ideas there to play around with so see how that goes for the next 2-3 weeks.
