Seeking for Good Advice

I used to do P90X but i bulked up like a beast. At that time i was 145 and I had a huge appetite as well. I felt really manly all bulked up, and I still felt
chunky so I stopped exercising and focused on eating habits. I drastically changed the way I eat. Now I'm 130 -everyone says i lost so much weight but now I've plateaued.
I exercise about 3 times a week (jogging, weights, biking)
For breakfast i have a small bowl of oatmeal and 1/2 fresh banana.
Lunch is usually a turkey burger (meat only) and greek yogurt
Dinner is a small plate of whatever is made for dinner that night
and late at night i sometimes have a 100 cal bag of popcorn while watching a movie.

Also today i'm trying to get body confused by eating pizza and ice cream just for today (which i find actually not enjoyable) is this a good or bad idea to break plateau?

How can I break this plateau and lose another 15lbs?

Add more calories in so you've more to burn. Not lots, just a reasonable increase.

(Give the Banana 10-15 minutes to digest so it's less impeded by the other food. Add in something like some Egg Whites, Chicken, Ham etc, for more protein.

Add a snack somewhere inbetween like a portion of Peanuts, Low Fat Cheese and Sandwich)

(Not too bad, but you could change that for something like some Nuts or a portion of Oats sometimes as examples.)
