Re: Need Help To Get Back Into Training
The good news, is it a lot easier getting back into shape than it was getting into shape in the first place. Your layoff wasn't really too long, so you should be able to bounce back fairly quickly. Start with both cardio and weights. The cardio will help you burn some fat, and the weights will ramp up your metabolism so you will burn more fat. Start by setting some goals. Write it down and follow it. For instance start with 5 20 min cardio sessions a week (Monday-Friday first thing in the am) and 3 weight sessions (mon, wed, fri) in the evenings. This would be a good start. Good luck
