Hi everybody,
I'm new around these parts and just have a couple of questions.
Ok so the calorie calculator says goal calorie consumption is about 1988 but I have never in life eaten that much . It does seem really high I was just wondering if any other ladies on here have eaten this much and lost weight. Oh I am a 22 year old 5'5 172 and I work out 6 days a week burning about 400-500 each time and I walk about a mile to classes everyday.
