Hardly. Maybe if it was a discussion that had bene going for a couple of days, but not for this long.

Though please do feel free, to actually comment on other things that happen on this board, if you like, rather than just appear to cast aspertions on a select discussion of choice.

Not being rude, but your comments don't really add anything to this discussion, other than to possibly cause people to question your reasons for using this board.

I dont think ive asked if sausage rolls are ok, i know they contain alot of fat.

Last night, went out, had just 2 pints of strongbow, haven't drunk for a while, hopefully won't affect me much, is rest day today sunday, and i have got a few things to do, hopefully though il find some time to do a bit of cardio to make up for it.

Day 194

Breakfast, protein shake and bowl of special k

Lunch - scrambled eggs on 2 slices of toast.

Peanuts.

Not sure what to do right now, think apendix is hurting, or at least it's in that area, just below right hip, a aching pain, not severe but can feel it, il try do some pull ups chin ups still though.

Haven't really haven a cheat food yet in opinion, unless of course u take last night, fancy having a crunchie choclate bar, 185 cals, but if it isn't the right time to have it now, then il leave it.

Dinner - spaghetti bolognese, spaghetti, beef mince, peas, onions, peppers,

Quite dehydrated today, needing plenty of drinks, done few sets of pull ups/chin ups, not sure if cardio is the best for today seeing as im a bit dehydrated, what you think?

Well anyway, didn't have the choclate, and done cardio, however got to 23 mins (was going to do 30) and right hip side started to hurt, where i think appendix is, so i stopped, better to be safe than sorry right? Burned 460 cals according to the monitor and 10.1 miles, wrong?

Peanuts, weight watchers chicken curry, 307 cals, 17g protein, 45g carb, 4g fat.

I checked the search engine. Yes they have been mentioned in the context of being eaten, but not in the context of whether they're bad or not. So yes it looks like you never have asked such a question.

A always have this problem while using the treadmill only. It's either on left or right side I get is pain around waist/hips. A lot of times I've been told not to drink water right before cardio, and be hydrated at least an hour before. Al though I do that, it still doesn't work for me...eh!

The sandwich eaten on the break isn't the best. Need more protein and less fat there. 17 grams of fat is a bit much for one meal.

Yeah kind of bad i know :( Hopefully can make up for it with next meals, going to have to order some more protein powder too :P

Dinner - mash, peas, carots, sweetcorn, onions, peppers, beef mince, think the fat was higher than the protein, but dad said he drained all the fat out when he cooked it? Few beef mince balls too, only other option was i looked in cuboard, can of ravoli, spaghetti, which aren't exactly high in protein either.

Feel quited tired and don't fancy doing cardio again today, il do pull ups and chin ups though, quite tired but all ive done is been college, didn't get much sleep though as i couldn't sleep. Will today affect results/progress (if im making any)

Yes Martin EVERY SINGLE DAY affects your progress and results because they all add up. "Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out".

I wouldn't say it was bad but yes, skipping workouts does affect progress.

Eat some protein and veggies if you're hungry.
