Is Diet ok ?

I think i need more food
Hey
While doing gym routine etc i have been talking to diff people there and the gym instructers about diet and some people tell me that im not eating enough. That diet aint enough to hit 3000calories. What you think swanso should i i jsut stick with im eating right now if not i was thinking of changing diet to something like this:
7:30am meal 1: 5 Vitabrits with skim milk and Shake (WHEY PRO ELITE 80 with water.).
10.00am meal 2: 4 Egg whites, 2 Pieces wholemeal bread and an apple.
12.00pm meal 3: 100g beef with lettace.
2:30pm meal 4: 50g Chicken breast with 1/2 Cup brown rice.
4:30pm -workout-
5:30pm meal 5: Shake (WHEY PRO ELITE 80 with water).
6:00pm meal 6: 100g beef with 1/2 cup brown rice and lettace.
8:00pm meal 7: 50g chicken breast with veg / salad and carrots.
What ya think?
oh and some people have been telling me that i should only drink protien drink once a day after workout..is this true or they complete crap?

maybe add a peice of fruit to meal 3...but i think it would be enough...just give 1 plan a go for 6 weeks then make the adequate changes then...i think i've already told you the protein thing but if not having a lot of peotein with breakfast meal then 1 scoop or 1/2 scoop can't hurt...a little known secret THAT WORKS is to have a a shake in the middle of the night...just mix with 50g water or something, sit next to bed, set the alarm and drink and go back to sleep...extra cal's you normally wouldn't get and protein one's at that which your getting while you sleep which is when you grow
