Yes, we'd appreciate any advice, info or support you can give.

Don't feel bad about what you were trying to do. I basically didn't think what they sell was all bad, but some of it looked a bit dubious, or unnecessary, as if they're just making some stuff to look clever.

It's like companies that make protein powders full of herbs and Micronutrients, then brag about how great they are how much they do, then subtly plonk a price that's 50% more than normal, under your nose.

Arnie couldn't use expensive supplements that cost $80-$100 a month for two tubs to get big, as they didn't exist and he almost certainly didn't turn up in a Gym for the first time, all lanky, put some muscle on, then juice after 6 months. because he had no way to progress more naturally.

Those pricey types of protein powder supplements, don't offer you muscle building potential that food or cheaper alternatives can't, so they're pretty much not worth the bother, especially if you pay through the nose for the rest of your life, blowing your retirement money and kids inheritance so eventually you'll get all the muscle you wanted 3-6 months quicker.
