You make small goals with things like fitness and health and even cleaning and stuff like that. and achieve points each day and you can get rewards locally or gift cards to places like starbucks or home depot and stuff like that. They are small gift cards mind you, but 10 bucks is 10 bucks and it's kind of fun to do.
