NO MORE THAN 500 CALS/DAY IS RIDICULOUS!!!! WHY ARE U DOING THAT? YOU WILL NOT LOSE WT DOING THAT. A FRUIT FAST WILL CAUSE RAPID BUT NOT SUSTAINABLE WT LOSS BY FLUSHING OUT THE BODY OF EXCESS CRAP (CANDIDO) BUT AS SOON AS YOU EAT AGIN IT WILL GO BACK ON. YOU WILL LOSE WT FROM WATER AND SUCH BUT NOT FAT SO IT'S POINTLESS FOR MORE THAN 3 - 5 DAYS. WHAT SITUATION ARE YOU IN TO REVERT TO THESE SILLY METHODS FOR FAT LOSS?
