Meat

Post by (Rage) »

What is the best meat to eat, and has less saturated fat? OTHER THAN FISH.

problem, I like fish in 2 restuarants only, and both are fried..I stopped eating fish long ago.

I eat chicken a lot. Pretty much everyday.

Turkey: Sometimes i eat it everyday, a slice(big) with cottage cheese

Meat (cow), not often. Just every once in a while. Once a week or in two weeks.

Is red meat like lamb meat? or?

Best sources of Flesh, are Fish, Chicken, Turkey and Lean Ground Beef.

Other stuff like Pork, Lamb etc etc, can be a bit fatty, though you can get around that problem with things like Grilling, to channel any wet Fat away, as opposed to the solid stuff on the side, (Rind fat), which you can cut off.

So with good prep, Lamb and Pork can be a once in a while thing, but the main ones I listed above are the best.

I never had, and never will have pork.

I almost never have lamb either. I only have lamb when I eat from burget king, which is once in 1 month or 2 months. I don't eat there often.

I grill all meats I eat, chicken, cow meat...

What do you mean by LEAN meat?

OK, i have a Q, when i buy smoked turkey breat i's usually packed in those bags, where the meat is in a long circle way thing...isn't that processed food or what?

dad doesnt buy and won't buy a actual turkey, like the whole thing together to be cooked at home...

So only choice when it comes to turkey is when to eat is in slices sold in supermarkets.

Not too bad, just be aware if you are allergic to Chitin, or you have some and develop side effects, (probably from the Chitin), don't eat it again.

Chitin, is something in Shellfish, it's not a type of Shellfish, but as you haven't stated you get a reaction to Shellfish consumption, then a Chtin based allergy, is not something you suffer from, so you should be okay to have some now and again.

Shrimp and Crab are shellfish. So if you haven't had a reaction to them then you don't have a chitin allergy.
