Had a proper personal training session!

Post by skully »

OOps! Wrong post!

Today I went to a personal trainer which I thought it would be fun to do as well as learn if I was doing things right or wrong.

We focused a lot on technique, did some rowing machine firstly. The trainer does have a background in olympic lifting, which is what I like more than bodybuilding honestly, but I personally it would be able to achieve a bit of both as for results.

We did the deadlift and press. Apparently both trainers that I've tried told me that back shoulders are not developd at all. So it's good to know that's something I need to do. She taught me the right way of doing a shoulder press and I was able to 22.5kgs, which is pretty good.

We also did deadlifts and she wanted to check form and she said I was doing pretty good for form and lifting 62.5kgs. Tomorrow I have another session with her, bot hare "trying out" sessions, but I feel very comfortable with her..and she understand what I want and that I am not scared of pushing myself.

We also did some pull ups! yay. Okay with bands. She expected me to do 5reps, I was able to do 10, then 7. woot woot! :D

All I need is some cash flow VERY soon to be able to afford a tainer!
