Sounds okay, I've seen boss type maximum 30 g of protein per meal & he also has mentioned the slower digestion with the shake you mentioned :)

Casein protein has 8 calories per gram not 4 like normal Protein, so you can have it at night if you like and you'll get around 6 hours of anti-catabolic action.

The only issue with it is, it might cause a bit of bloating for some.

30g per meal for me ix not a maximum, but I don't necessarily see the need to go above that.

Most people only need to consume around 0.8-1.2g per lb of bodyweight, so that for a person weighing say 160 lbs, would be up to 192g per day, or as little as 128g per day.

Spread over 6 meals, that would be 32g a meal or as little as 21.33g.

If you went to a maximum of 1.5 g per lb, which you don't really need to do, then that would be 240g per day, at 40g per meal.
