Hi everyone,
I am trying to lose fat around the area, i eat healthy and train 3-5 times a week (weights and cardio).
Question is has anyone tried L-Carnitine, been reading up about it and it says it can help with fat loss?
Does it work or is it another one of those products that don't do anything?
Cheers

Re: Fat burner
I've never tried that fat burner, but in the past I did use to use the Green Tea Fat Burner. It worked, but with some side effects. I was jittery all day...it was like I had 4 or 5 cups of coffee instantly, when I stopped using them, I gained all the weight I lost with them back quickly (even though I was still exercising) and then some! I also started to get dizzy at random times. I've stayed away from them, and any fat burner, since. suggestion--don't use any fat burners...waste of money, and they do more harm to your body than you'd think.

Thanks for your advice, i'll stay away from them and stick to current program
Re: Fat burner
Good choice. Carnitine is made from the breakdown of one of the main Amino Acids in protein anyway, so no need to supplement, if your protein intake is good, then you won't be using some poorly performing fad product.

Good!

Something I remind myself periodically is that the weight I gained (not all from the fat burners) didn't happen over night, so losing it won't happen over night either, but with consistant exercise and good eating habits the weight will come off eventually. I'm an inpatient person, so I need to remind myself often that it won't happen quickly, it's going to take a lot of hard work/conditioning and to keep at it.
