Help Needed About Loose Skin

Hi guys im 18 years old, last year i lost about 40kg (88 pound) in one year and now i wonder if i have excess skin or not it really bothers me it feels like i have more fat to lose... height is 6'1" and 176-177 pound.So question is do i have excess skin or little more fat to lose,should i start bulking up or do more cardio?? Help me please thank you....

There may be a tiny amount of excess skin, but I'd say bulk.

1lb of extra muscle burns another 45-50 calories, but just make sure to have what calories you really need and then increase a bit every now and then. Don't eat big guy calories until you need them.

200lb bodybuilders eat like that becasue they need to. People who weigh considerably less, don't need that many, so should eat less or they'll risk adding more Fat with the muscle that will prove difficult to get rid of later on. In your case multiply your weight by 15 and use that number as a guide for daily calories.

Then when you need more calories, have a moderate, NOT big increase and see how that goes, then keep increasing calories moderately when you need them again :).
