Awww, thanks Lynne, I feel warmer already

Maybe I will enlarge the picture and paste it up in all of windows - that way when I look outside expecting to see snow, I will see nothin' but tropics
Today's menu:
Breakfast - I forgot to eat. Really, how does a person forget to eat??? Guess I was in a rush

Luckily I had a protein shake with me when I got to work so I had that
Snack - FF cottage cheese
Lunch - 1 slice Arnold whole wheat bread with TONS of deli turkey, a little FF mayo, 1 slice LF cheese / 1 cup carrots / 1 cup grapes (actually, just a few, they were really bad grapes)
Snack - 3 stalks of celery with 2 tbsp natural peanut butter / 2 lf string cheese
Dinner - frozen meal

(salisbury steak, green beans, and mashed potatoes) Oh, how I hate having to leave the house for laundry, it takes soooo long before I can eat
Workout - 1/2 hour elliptical set at random (aka - pure hell). It was even tougher this time, don't know why I have to work at the top level for more than 1/2 of it!! But it was a great anger release for me - had a run-in with a co-worker today and was in tears at work - I pictured her laying on the floor while I ran over her
I am having knee issues again. The same one. Yesterday I had the dogs outside and they were not behaving very well so I stomped foot really hard on the ground - not a smart idea when it is 17 degrees below zero

I seem to have really hurt it again. The elliptical didn't bother it, I will be interested to see how it feels when I do DVDs.
