Hey guys. I need a workout routine that will help develop bigger Biceps Triceps Shoulders Obliques And Lower Abs
The Only equipment i have available to me are 25 pound dumbells...the perfect pushup...and the Iron Gym...if you someone could form me a workout that would help, that would be great!
I don't want to over do it as I am still in puberty but i play no sports, I do music. I have an little below average Physique. I do not want to achieve BODYBUILDER MUSCLES. But i would like to earn muscles to make me look better and more fit.

Any reason why you don't want to train your Legs? Personally I'd suggest you should, so you're not gaining more upper body weight, that the Legs are expected to cope with, when they'd still pretty much as strong as they are now.
You might find that caused mild walking issues or other slight pain problems, though why you don't want to train Legs, is still something I'd be interested in knowing.
