Cyclone is an all in one product. Protein, Creatine, Glutamine, Chromium etc etc, made by someone called Maximuscle.
I frown upon such things, as they claim to be cheaper than buying the individual supplements seperately, which is true, but if you're only looking for maybe a Protein, Creatine and Glutamine, they might not be, and buying stuff seperately, gives you greater ability to dose them how you want.

Maximuscle recommends that you take 2 servings of Cyclone per day, one in the morning and one after workouts.
According to the label, that would give you 10g of glutamine, 10g of creating, 60g of protein, and 3000mg of HMB each day.
That sounds like you are getting a good mixture of supplements at a decent quantitiy, but instead of being cheaper, it sounds more expensive to me.
A single serving is 1.5 scoops (60g). That means there are only about 20 servings in a 1.2kg tub. That is only 10 days worth of the supplement. At around 32 british pounds (or about 63 USD on side of the pond), that sounds expensive. I would think you should be able to get a quality protein, creatine and glutamine with more total servings for that amount.

Those often are stated as cheaper, than buying the stuff seperately, but of course, main beef is, they sometimes contain smaller less important supplements like a Chromium, or an HMB, or a ZMA, which are less frequently used, and you can't dose things like Protein, Creatine and Glutamine how you want.
ok so if i ditch the cyclone i didnt see ne gains neway. wot would i need i got decent protein powder optimum 100% whey protein.
what else would you recomment takin creatine capsules? glutamine, hmb?
please tell me what you use and what i would most benefit from? also is creatine pills better than powder as the powder gets stored into ur kidneys. also note i know i have to consume about 2, 3 litres of water a day if taking creatine as it will harm kidneys otherwise. cheers

CEE is not as good as Kre-alkalyn.
CEE has never been proven 100% safe, or proven to bypass enzymes in the Gut.
Should such bypass not occur, said enzymes could strip away the Esther bond, leaving something little better than Monohydrate.
This was touted a while back, as being spread about by a Kre-alkalyn manufacturer, to scare people off CEE, but that theory has never been proven.
I don't believe in capsule type supplements much, as the Gelatine, contains the same kind of Protein, known to cause a problem with people who have a Wheat / Gluten intolerance.
Also you end up getting little benefit from the Gelatine, and in many cases you pay more, but get less powder.
The slight beef I have, is that newer Creatine types have powdered forms to knowledge, but some people claim the powder tastes rubbish, and often the newer Creatines are sold in Pill / Capsule form.
Also don't be fooled by Caps, as soon as the Caps dissolve in the Stomach, the Creatine powder will probably store in the Kidneys, in a similar or same way to the powdered alternative.
HMB would work okay, but with a high Protein intake. To be honest just get a good Protein powder, and a Glutamine, and leave it at that. Unless you're about 170-180lb's plus, Creatine is probably not going to yield sufficient power increases for your money.
