Whens the best time of day to do this then, early morning, mid day or late nite?

for optimal results it is best to do wts first than this probably 4 - 6hrs later...reality wise probably just do after wts

the most i can do for skipping hiit is...45 min slow 15 mins fast for 2 reps...which is 2 mins.
then after that..i really need a rest..for maybe 1 minute before i can start again
ive tried to force myself to skip after the first 2 minutes..but i just cant stand.. calf will hurt.. shoulder hurts..
so how?...hiit is really hard to do

uh duh... its suposed to be hard, improving fitness and fat calories burnt, stick at it as you get fitter itll becomer easier

weren't you already skipping for 20mins straight?? if it's too hard jump on the exercise bike if you have 1 or do sprints where you can change how hard you do it if is indeed to hard
