I think you look great just like you are, right now. No need to add anything fake to such an awesome, strong, fit, athletic body. 8)

I say go for it if that is something you really want. Don't you have to have something done to them once their in, every 10 years or so? I'm not sure I thought i heard that somewhere. But if its something you really want I say go for it. Its definetly a personal decision. mom once was thinking of plastic surgery she asked her three daughters what they thought. One of us said, don't do it, one said go for it and one said I wonder if is should do it myself. So i guess point is you will definitely get differnt opinons about it. :)

Todays Workout

HIIT elliptical resistance level 9
4 intervals 1 min/2 min
5 mins @ 2.8
20 mins SS @ 4.3 ish

Is the caffeine in tea not the same as coffee, or in case it was 4 oz of espresso each morning.I'm feeling kinda bitchy, its the second day without coffee, I substituted english breakfast tea. protein shake contains 1 g of carbohydrate & 2 g of sugar " lean fit " is that enough to synthesize the protein boss man ?

Yeah oddly enough it almost feels as though I'm having some " withdrawal " effect ?..Regardless I'm not going to give into it, I thought maybe I'd have one coffee a week, but if its just going to set off cravings, will avoid it, thanks les :)

From what I've read:
Coffee averages about 135 mg of caffeine per cup.
Black tea averages about 50 mg per cup
Green tea averages about 30 mg per cup
White tea is around 20 mg per cup.

I used to drink Poweredge drink sticks in bottled water. Each stick had 165 mg. of caffiene. I drank at least 4 a day. When i quit drinking it (shortly after I joined here) I had horrible headaches!

Now I brew green tea (3 bags for a pitcher of tea) and make iced green tea with truvia sweetener. I start day with a 16 oz. iced green tea and sip on that until lunch. Then i have one when I get home from work and refill it at least once before bed.

I like it, so it is probably bad for me in some way.....

Caffeine constricts blood flow & as boss man has mentioned absorption of some things, i have forgotten what now.. I gave up coffee's due to the milk & chocolate syrup..even on day 4 it has been rough in the morning.I thought I'd buy a drip coffee maker, but alas I was just shopping & forgot ?..Uhh yeah, well maybe next time, or never would be better I think ? We will see.I'm stressed about this course at the moment, it is somewhat disorganized & held in a gym that is obnoxiously LOUD..some techno shit blaring non stop..now I know why they bang their damn heads, in frustration most likely..I actually ran across the owner Ron Zalko, he has a chain of gyms I think, man has an attitude, though he did smile about the third time we crossed paths.I am the only person that eats real food in that class.Tomorrow is 8 hr day there, which is good because that means at least a decent break to eat, not ten minutes. not enough time to chew even.Next week is back to 6-10 pm, so will use a shake for the break, less stress. This course seems to focus only on weight training & how to teach the clients to train..so far in both these course nutrition does NOT play a significant role..in thoughts weights contribute less to the overall picture than does nutrition/clean eating, having learned that myself in the last year.I need to make 20 programs for people..which I'm going to pull out of the gym, I've already started recruiting. One of the people who do the ICE ( instructor competency evaluation ) actually works at the pool in gym complex..YES ! So now I'm off to stick nose in a book & read, have a great weekend everyone ! :)

Each day I'm perplexed by the fact, I'm being taught, that carbohydrates SHOULD be part of ones DAILY diet, in order to be classified as eating healthy. However, own personal experience tells me that if I start eating those breads & rice, potato on a DAILY basis I will lose all hard work.I have finally reached the point where skin is so soft & smooth, because basically there is only muscle underneath, even the face skin, which is heavenly.Sure there is still loose skin at the joints, neck & at the bottom abs ( still some fat there ).I do throw in a yam on weight days sometimes, or corn on the cob & of course oatmeal.I'm not sure what breads, rice, starchy carbs offer nutritional wise, because I'm so busy with doing this open book 13 page exam & other assignments, really all I do is workout, work & then hit the books, then fall into bed, bed has never felt so good.I would need to google the supposed benefits & weigh them against do I really want to gain fat back, metabolism sees a carb come in & says we better STORE this just in case...or at least that is how it used to be.Well keep up the good work everyone, time to workout then work etc, have a great day :)

One more benefit from low body fat, I work out in the heat all day or for four hours & this year, I'm not feeling it like I used to all sweaty & bitchy, gone :)

I definitely don't have low body fat, but I have found that with 60 lbs less fat the heat doesn't kill me as bad as it did previously.
