Hi everyone- just wanted some tips and advice on workouts I can do for last 3 weeks in London before I travel and head home. Not enough time left for a membership to the gym so I'm not renewing it. I've just been going for runs/jogs. There are lots of hills around so that is good for runs! I have to use the "tools" I have like chairs and own body weight hah! Any help would be great!! Can anyone think of something I can do besides go for runs? I get shin splints lately :/ Or maybe how to avoid getting the shin splints?? I just bought new running shoes because I know they were well needed.
