Do be aware of the Heavy Metal content in Fish.
Even with something low Mervury like Tilapia, going overboard on a daily basis isn't sensible.
I would suggest a reasonable limit of 100g, (3.5OZ), a day.
This means you could have it for 1 meal, or if you split it into 2 x 50g portions a day, you could then add something like Peas, Beans, Lentils, Mushrooms or Rice in, to replace the missing Amino Acids, then add a lower portion of your usual Carb source(s), because the aforementioned sources are Carb containers as well. So this limiting of your Carb source(s), would stop you possibly over eating Carbs with a meal.

Re: fish?
favorites are tuna and salmon. Both are really high in and taste good too. Plus with tuna and salmon, there's many ways one can enjoy it. I prefer wild caught salmon over farm raised because of the diet a farm raised fish is fed. I also like to eat sashimi tuna or sushi grade tuna raw with a little rice or in sushi rolls. -Vega Sinclair

Re: fish?
Tuna is high Mercury though, so you need to be careful about wekely consumption. A little is fine, but if you're having 2-3 serves a week, don't overindulge in the Salmon either, because you'll contribute to potentially a high weekly Mercury intake, by not allowing enough Mercury to chelate out of your system.
Though you could boost chelation potential with a Vit C supp.
