Do you actually workout? Not being rude, I'm just asking as some people think losing a Gut is something you can just focus on and not bother with the rest of the body too much, unless it bugs them too, but it's not like that really.

You can do specific things for Abs, like Planks, Roman Chairs, Leg Raise variations, as examples, however some exercises do utilise the front Core as well, like Deadlifts, Squats, Cleans, to name a few, so you can use some compound work like Deadlifts as one example, then at the end of a workout, chuck in one or two more direct exercises too.

Glad to hear you're going to focus on eating healthier as well. Also, don't get "moving around a lot" confused with exercising. I have a very active job, but if I don't get regular exercise in, I don't feel the same.

As suggested by Bossman, you can do basic things in the privacy of your room, wall squats, burpees, dips, push-ups. So much you can do without requiring a lot of time and/or equipment.

Oh and alcohol can play a role in the "gut" issue as well. Just tossing that out there.

Good luck!

So consider tossing the Alcohol out of your regime. No innuendo implied, just common sense :).
