I got whey protien powder to see how it is, and how well I like, and if i do, ill buy more...

There's only two ways you need ot use a Protein powder.
1. After workouts.
2. Possibly to boost up your Protein intake first thing, epsecially as your Bloodsugar is low, the powders often contain things like Maltodextrin, a Sugar derived from Corn Starch, which would assist in getting a Blood Sugar spike.
Though Diet is key, so Protein powders shouldn't have to be an alternative.
If you were talking about Creatine earlier, it affects things like Power, endurance, and depending on the kind, Water retention, I doubt it has any significant effect on Fat levels if at all.

yeah im taking it because i dont seem to get enough protien, i dont know, i dont feel i get enogh, espcially after workout....the packet i got, it was 26g of protien, i used half of it, so thats about 13 grams...which is good considering at times i get much less...About the capsules...the guy at the nutrien shop, toldme so, and i checked it online, and i read it does have an effect, but how knows =S!
