Oh yeah i seen them now, but there mostly the ones im doing, i think i should just plan a routine out, like one day exercises with incline bench (when i sort it) others etc. Or im going to end up going down there tomorow and just continuing with the exercises that come into head, which probably isn't that bad but..cassiegose wrote:You didn't read the article all the way through Martin. Also btw im doing it every other day, is this good? As i suppose muscles have got to rest, although there not hurting much when i stretch arms out i can feel it at the bottom a little bit.
