Gained mass, but no cuts !

Hey there, Im relatively new to training. I've been training for about 5 weeks. I can lift more, have bigger arms, but no cuts. I don't mind if arms don't gain much more mass, but would much rather be cut up.

What would be good exercises and rep-weight combinations for getting arms cut up/ripped?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

getting cut is all about diet but you need something to cut before you can do it (muscle) so build up a little more maybe but at the same time get your food in order...post a sample training and food plan
