Really stuck with a diet plan

Im a university student so eating 5 meals a day will be tricky as im at uni from about 11 till 5:30 when ive got a big project but i wont let that hold me back.

I will basicaly need a food plan were i can take pre made (cold) meals into uni with me. Like a chicken salad or something.

Also the main thing i struggle with is i cant eat egg or cheese, they litteraly make me feel sick. So any replacements to that would be nice.

Would anyone be able to show me a basic diet plan that i can then sculpt to how i want?

Okay, here goes.

Breakfast.

Option 1

Bowl Whole-grain Cereal and some Chicken.

Option 2

Portion Powdered Flax, a Portion of Berries and a few Nuts. Give Fruit 10-15 minutes to digest to stop other foods impeding it too much.


Snack

Option 1

Chicken Sandwich

Option 2

Goodly portion of Peanuts and Large Tomato


Lunch

Option 1

3Oz of sliced Turkey and a moderate portion of Cashews.

Option 2

3Oz Sliced Chicken and an Apple, same advice as with the Berries.


Snack

Option 1

3Oz Sliced Chicken and a Banana.

Option 2

Large Ham Sandwich


Dinner

Option 1

Grilled Chicken and Veggies

Option 2

Soybeans and boiled Carrot

Hopefully that will work and give you some variety.
