Egg and cheese replacement?

Im basically looking for a replacement for egg and cheese, i want to follow a perfect diet plan. But i cant stand egg or cheese, no im not a vegan or anything i just cant stand the taste. So is there anything at the same nutritional value i can replace them with? THanks
