How bad is it to nap for approx 1-2 hrs after a "snack" meal?
Well, I went to the gym today, and boy did I WORKOUT...finally. I even feel whole upper body sore! In a good way...
But after I got home, i had a meal with popcorn and some nuts with lemon juice...and had a very bad headache, and just had to nap...
How bad is it to do that? I know that if you eat carbs and sleep at night and your body doesn't uses it...it turns to fat.
Is it the same thing with "napping?"

The body can burn calories pretty much at any time including sleep.
The fact is the amount of unused Carbs that convert to Fat is relevant to the amount you eat and how your body type reacts to them apart from anything else.
I can't give you precise figures on this, but the fact of the matter is, if you felt you had a headache, then what you did was a good way to relieve the headache.
I don't perceive this as a major problem, so don't worry about it.

That's a good thing to hear!
I know I'd normally burn calories while sleeping, but worry was would these carbs I had would turn to fat because I am not using them for "energy" at the moment?
But really...in one week I lost 1 KG now, and I'm proud of myself. I should have done this way back, but it's definitely better than never!

Re: Napping after a meal
Yes you can be proud of yourself, but it is early days, so the main thing is being strong and capable enough, to stick to the task in hand, because you don't want to be one of those people who gets these results, then it all goes to pot after 3-4 weeks, when the consistency of effort starts going out of the window.
I have never doubted you could be consistent, but I knew it would take time and a lot of emotional searching and realisation to make this possible. If you can stay in a good emotional and mental place, and not let anything knock you off course, then you stand a much better chance of doing well

Yeah...I had a lot of "different" stresses back then, but I really just want to balance it out this time, and be steady on it, even if the environment changes. I do feel better about myself in general....It's okay to fail once or twice...but the important thing to come back stronger, right?
and hey...I know I lost some weight, because pants are getting loose on me again =D

That's a good mentality to have, because we don't like to see people fail.
