What I dislike about body is the round part below waist. Not even the , but the back of "hips" i believe. I sadly, lose weight on chest before hips, how can I control that?

I actually don't mind having a small , sure I'd like to drop what I have now, especially hips area...but you can see there is no "balance" in shape as I am big around the , and legs are quite...thin.

I don't know if muscles can be seen or not.
