How much Cardio
Hey everyone, I am trying to get back in shape after 10 years of letting myself go. ( I want to lose roughly 50 lbs) I started working out again doing three days of weights and two cardio. On cardio days I do the bike for 15min, stair climber for 15min, ending with the elliptical for 10. I was wondering if I should increase or decrees cardio due to job. I walk between 7- 13 miles a day 5 days a week at a medium pace (3-3.5mph).

You only need 30 minutes of stuff like Interval, HIIT etc etc, 3x a week mixed with weights.
