I have serious bad habit issues. Ones that will lead me to obesity in just a couple of years, and I don't know how to control it anymore. I'll put on daily routines by days , so that you can see how bad I am doing.
Quick stats
- 20 years old.
- 54 KG (was 46 a year ago)
- 157 cm
Problems: /hips (about 27in hips and 33 )
days start on Sunday/Tuesday:
- 9:30 wake up
- drive to university to another city (40 mins drive)
- 10:50 reach
* If i find parking I go to the gym and spend between 20-30 minutes depending
* if not, I don't go.
- at 12 p.m. I sit and relax on pc.
- 1 p.m. eat lunch, and yes I don't eat VERY healthy food.
- 2- 4:30 p.m. classes.
- Home by 5:15
* sometimes I'd go pick sweet corn to eat on the way (once a week usually) with bad stuff in it like cheese/butter
REAL PROBLEM IS HERE
The moment I enter the house, I go straight to bed, on laptop, and stay there, almost non-moving for 6 hrs straight (sometimes I'd nap)
I also...EAT in bed...like 70% of the time I'm eating. Either "lunch" or "dinner" or "snacks even.
Why? I either watch a couple of shows.
I don't have any other place to go, and no desk table to keep laptop on.
So it's bed all the way.
By 12:30-1:30 I'll go to sleep.
Next day Monday/Wed
- Wake up at 7:30
- Go to uni by 9:00
- Get coffee and MINI munchkins from DD (2 pieces only, twice a week)
- Classes straight from 9:30-2 p.m. (so I'm pretty on starvation mode, whether I like it or not.)
- At 2 p.m.
* I either eat lunch at uni and stay back to do some work until 5 p.m.
* Or drive to get a Mac meal to eat in bed while watching a show by 3:30 p.m.
- Sometimes nap for an hour sometimes don't.
And same goes....the moment I'm in bed. I do everything on bed.

I believe out of everything that's dysfunctional in life in terms of order, the only reason why I'm not losing weight at all is because I'm sooo very little active, and stay in bed. Otherwise, eating habits one year ago has been the exact same...and look at the weight difference! 46 as opposed to 54 (wow!)
On Thursdays schedule is similar, except i tend to go out to a mall with a friend, watch a movie, walk a bit,then sit and talk then get back home at 10ist at night.....
Fridays...Sleep until 1-2 p.m....stay in bed until I sleep at night again...preetttty much. Unless I go out.
What to do? I can't REMEMBER anything that I used to do that was different before. This has been the case since pretty much 6-7 months ago. weight has been sort of stable now...It's been between 52-54 since June...I really want to drop back to 48 or even 49 or 50 as MAX....
How can I change this lifestyle...I used to have a routine everyday. I don't anymore..
