recommended Suppliments for women...

Post by BarbE »

Hello,

I've used "Cuts" but it wasn't very affective for weight loss. Can anyone recommend a suppliment for women that is affective for weight loss?

a plan (exercise and diet), sacrafice, consistency and hard work is all you need. supp's are taking the easy way...in all honesty no supplements will work at all if you haven't addressed all of the above points...there are other femaels on this site who have had fantastic results from those points...look at wvgirl64 for inspiration

I've changed diet and I exercise daily. I was just wondering if there were any suppliments that would increase fat burning results along with diet and exercise routine. I guess the best way is just the way that I have been doing it. Just thought that I could speed up the process. Thanks again for your feedback...

ur better off sticking with your food plan for a few weeks and see how that goes. Supp's are best used to accelerate fat loss when it starts to slow down or plateaus. there's no magic one either but if ur in the states i think Hot Rox or something like that is pretty popular. Search it up and find out about it.

Keep in mind that if you use a supplement for fat loss you are likely to gain the fat back when you stop taking the supplement. Not worth it in opinion.
I know you said you are exercising and eating right. It may seem like you are doing everything right, but it just may not be what is exactly right for you. You may need a few tweaks with workouts and exercise in order to shed the fat.
