hello all am new here and i need your kind help,
Plz I need your advise , I was 105 kg now am 60 kg & 165 cm tall

body is shape of plum however there is a lot of skin flabbiness's what's the right training or workout to make body in good shape ,Ive tried aerobics, weights lift & jogging but it was useless & weight is keepin going down

and I need to keep it 60 kg I don’t wana loss more.
