I do 3 sets of hanging bent leg raises, straight leg raises on edge of bench (with out so legs can drop more), elbow to knee, laying on ur side doing oblique crunches, and v sit ups (but with bent legs, with lower legs always parallel to ground)
These are working for me, but i'm just curious that if i keep doing them, would i plague.
do you plague after doing the same kind of exercises for abs
