progain and mass/size help

hi there, ive been tryin to get bigger the last 2mths now pushing hard but are not seeing results.
i may be in the case of doing too much sets/reps in the position as do not wanna drop them incase of loss of muscle mass/def.

chest would be eg.
f/weights flat, declin, incline.
smith machine flat, inclline
flyes flat, either decline or incline.
maybe cable flyes after. each doing 3 sets.
10 reps, then about 8 and then try 4- 6 failure on the last set. each time goin up weight.

ive just invested in maximuscle progainextreme, the new 1 out. can anyone give me there reviews on this product or the normal progain?

breakfast i eat, protein shake, cereal.
mid morn - tin of tuna sandwich/baguette. or 1/2
lunch - jacket potato with beans, or scrambled egg and spaghetti on toast, afternoon - another tuna sandwich or woteva i can squeeze in.
train with protein shake after.
dinner normally, carbs anf protein.
last nite steak and potatoes and veg. and then b4 bed another protein shake.
take on a lot of water daily.

i need to get more bigger and quicky. tips everything wanted please help. cheers

12 sets with 25% of them to failure??? yeah too much i say...what you should do is choose 3 exercises for each muscle (quads, hams/glutes, rows, pull ups, bench, shoulder press) and do 1 each day x 3 week x 2 - 3 sets...splitting vol over 2 - 3 days is better than doing all in 1 day...food looks alright just that training is probably too much...i hope you do the same volume for rowing movements than yu udo for chest
