I changed workouts and diet schedule but I am not happy with this schedule, I need some adjustments and suggestions...please help...

I agree up to a point on the Biceps. If you were doing a split, Bi's could however be doubled up with Tri's, or with either Legs or Back, but one day just for Bi's is not worth it, because on a split you'd be doing 6 days, as opposed to doubling Bi's up with Tri's, where you'd be doing 5 days, then you could have two days off per week, and work it, so you'd never train more than 3 days back to back.
Though everything that LP said above, works fine. I'd perhaps tweak the Chest, Bi's and Tri's day in the first schedule, (but only that), so Bi's could be tagged onto Legs perhaps, but as I used to do a day exactly with that format, I'm not advocating against that, just a possible slight tweak, to that first schedule.
