Help: Wanting to get into figure competitions

Post by ashcd »

I got a personal trainer back in Feb. and never thought of doing any competitions until he mentioned it to me a few months into working with him. However, I am no longer working with him because I went on vacation and then got surgery. But I am wanting to get in the right shape for this but I have NO idea where to even start. current weight is 110 and i'm 5'1. Can someone give some advice? please!

If you made good progress with your original fitness trainer, then I would start by returning to the very same program you were using.

What was your old routine?

You'd really need to be at least 15lbs heavier, with more build before dieting a comp.

However if you're really serious about doing something hard like that, we WILL do what we can to support, help and push you all the way, because we support people who do what you do, not frown on it, like some would.
