Ok I don't wnat to sound NOOB but there is this work out plan that I want to use. There are some terms that I don't understand. I am wondering if someone could explain them to me. I know way around a gym pretty good. I been working out since I been 19 and I am 24 now. But There been times where I wouldn't go for like months. But there are some terms I never heard of. Everybod uses different terms for everything. So please help.Here they are:
-nautilus press
-nautilus incline press
-laterals
-nautilus curl machine
-ez curls cable
-push downs

Laterals is a term often referred to as Raises, and usually referring to Shoulder exercises, requiring a Dumbbell, and targeting the Anterior and Posterior Deltoids.
E-Z Cable Curls, I think are just the same as E-Z bar Curls, but done two handed with a cable.
Push-downs are usually referred to when talking about Triceps.
The other stuff is just Nautilus machines.
